DECLARATION OF THEODORE KEMOS1
I, THEODORE KEMOS, of Dracut, Massachusetts, hereby swear under the pains and penalties of perjury under the laws of Massachusetts, California, Nevada and Florida, as follows:
(1) I have read the purported “interview” dated September 25, 1984, between myself and one, Harvey Brower, a disbarred attorney.
(2) I repudiate each and every statement in said “interview” which in any way implicates Michael J. Flynn in any type of illegal or unethical conduct of any nature or description.
(3) In all of the dealings that I have had with Michael J. Flynn, he has never done anything or said anything which suggested, condoned, or approved of any illegal or unethical conduct.
(4) The statements contained in the purported “interview” relating to Michael J. Flynn are totally false and I hereby state that I never made them. I believe that Mr. Brower or someone working on his behalf created or “doctored” the tape recording, if any exists, of said “interview.”
