Dear Sir

I am writing because I am concerned about the IRS & FBI being out of control again. We know they are quite capable of covert operations against peaceful domestic groups – EG Dr. King, etc.

I just saw some videos of a covert operative of the FBI & IRS, Gerry Armstrong, talking about planting false documents in the files of the Church of Scientology. Please see that this is investigated fully by Senate hearing. Thanks.
